Many Microsoft Outlook users may not know or use the additional features of the program. Being aware of and using the feature of folders can make using the email program easier and save people time.

The Outlook interface can look different based on the users program- whether it is web-based or an app. I created this Job Aid for people who are using the app on their computer.

The solution is to give the users of the Outlook app an easy way to use the added feature of folders quickly and more efficiently.

As a result, the users of the Microsoft Outlook app will be more efficient with their time and energy, whether it is at home or the office.
